Day 1: Arrival & Journey to Ol Pejeta Conservancy

Your safari begins with a warm welcome in Nairobi, followed by a scenic drive north to Ol Pejeta Conservancy, home to the largest population of black rhinos in East Africa. Check into Maisha Sweetwaters, set on a private waterhole that attracts wildlife day and night.
In the afternoon, head out for your first game drive in the conservancy, a chance to spot lions, elephants, and the endangered northern white rhino.

Day 2: Full Day in Ol Pejeta

Spend a full day exploring Ol Pejeta, a pioneering conservation area where rhino protection and community coexist. Enjoy morning and afternoon game drives.

Day 3: Ol Pejeta to Lake Nakuru National Park

After breakfast, drive south through the Great Rift Valley to Lake Nakuru National Park, famous for its flamingos, tree-climbing lions, and rhinos. Arrive at The Cliff, a luxury tented camp perched on the rim of the lake with panoramic views. Enjoy an afternoon game drive followed by sundowners overlooking the water.

Day 4: Lake Nakuru to Masai Mara National Reserve

Embark on an early morning game drive in Nakuru before continuing to Kenya’s premier safari destination, the Masai Mara. Arrive at Mara Maisha Camp, located close to the park entrance for easy access to the action. After lunch, head out for your first evening game drive in search of big cats and herds of plains game.

Day 5: Full Day in the Masai Mara

Spend the day on safari in one of Africa’s greatest wildlife reserves. Explore open plains, rolling hills, and rivers teeming with life. Witness lions, cheetahs, elephants, and if you’re lucky, the Great Migration herds. Return to camp for lunch and relaxation in between the early morning and afternoon game drives.

Day 6: Return to Nairobi

Depart the Masai Mara and drive back to Nairobi, arriving in the late afternoon. Drop-off at your hotel or the airport for your onward journey.
